The site is within the staff dormitory cluster at the intersections of Alley 18 and Alley 22 on University Road. Surrounded by old brick walls, it features well-preserved buildings from the 1950s with cement tiles and iron window grills. It is the only structure in the alley that has retained its traditional look. Inside, many old trees contrast with the lack of greenery elsewhere, where only potted plants exist. Adjacent to Section 3 of Changrong Road, the alley provides a tranquil escape from the noise and fast pace of the road. However, illegal motorcycle parking at the chaotic eastern intersection poses significant dangers.
